Here at Fonn Creative Limited (trading as Studio Fonn or Sarah Robertson), I’m committed to respecting your privacy.
This notice explains when and why I collect personal information about visitors to my website, how I use their information and what I do to protect it.

How do I collect information from you?
I obtain information about you when you use my website, buy a product, sign up to receive my newsletter or if you hire me to carry out design, mentoring or writing services.
What type of information is collected from you?
The personal information I collect might include your name, business name, place of business, email address, telephone number, IP address and information about what website pages are accessed and when.
How is this information used?
I may use your information to:
contact you through my newsletter about my products or services;
seek your views or comments in relation to my products or services;
notify you of changes to my business.
I will hold your personal information on my systems for as long as is necessary to continue communicating with you, or until you opt-out of receiving communication from me.
Who has access to your information?
I will not sell your information to third parties or share your personal data for marketing purposes.
Third-party service providers may be given access to your name and email address for the purposes of completing tasks on my behalf (for example editing newsletter templates or accessing your website).
When I use third-party service providers, I disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver a service and I have a contract in place that requires them to keep your information secure and not to use it for their own purposes.
When you subscribe to my email newsletter list, your details are stored in Campaign Monitor. Campaign Monitor operates on a secure data processing basis and will only use your data to send you emails when I action this request.
Your choices
You have a choice about whether or not you wish to receive information from me. I will not contact you for marketing purposes by email, phone or text message unless you have given your prior consent or are considered a client of Fonn Creative Limited. If you no longer wish to receive email communication about my products or services then you can unsubscribe at any point.
How you can access and update your information
The accuracy of your information is important to Fonn Creative Limited. If you change your email address, or any of the other information I hold is inaccurate or out of date, please email me at sarah@studiofonn.com.
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information Fonn Creative Limited holds about you. I will provide this information to you electronically within a 30-day period.

Use of cookies
Like many other websites, the Fonn Creative Limited website uses cookies.
