Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all purchases and services provided by Fonn Creative Limited (trading as Studio Fonn or Sarah Robertson) through studiofonn.com. By placing an order or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
You'll receive information by email after your purchase is confirmed.
Orders
All prices are in British pounds (£) and payment is due at the time of checkout via Squarespace Payments. Payment plans are available on services priced £360 and above — your place is confirmed once the first instalment is received, and subsequent payments are taken automatically per the schedule shown at checkout.
Products
Pre-orders for books and print products are taken ahead of publication. Books will be dispatched on or before the publication date. If delays occur, I will notify you by email. When gifting items, please ensure the recipient's name and postal address are correct — I am not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Services
1:1 sessions (Sounding Board, Brand Audit, Brand Waypoints) are available on the dates stated on the product page at the time of booking. Sessions can be booked via my online calendar, or I will contact you after purchase to arrange a date and time. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions not attended without prior notice may be forfeited.
Groups
Access to groups is available via Substack or Slack. The groups are moderated by me, and I reserve the right to remove any member whose behaviour is disruptive or harmful to the community.
Loyalty
Codes are restricted to products priced £360 and above, are for personal use only, and must not be shared.
Refunds
Products: Pre-orders can be refunded in full up to 14 days after dispatch, provided the book is returned in original, unread condition.
Services: Refunds available up to 14 days before a scheduled session. Within 14 days, a session may be rescheduled once but not refunded.
Groups: Full refunds up to 14 days before the start date. After this, 50% refund up to the first session. Once the Playgroup has begun, refunds are not available, but your place may be transferred to a future experience at my discretion.
Payment plans: Payments already made are non-refundable. Any outstanding balance remains due.
Cancellation
I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions, workshops or events. If a group is cancelled entirely, a full refund will be given. If an individual session is cancelled, it will be rescheduled.
Intellectual property
All materials provided — including written resources, recordings and exercises — are for your personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, distributed or reproduced without written permission. The Brand Seasons® Method and Playdeck remain my intellectual property.
Digital content access
Workshop recordings and digital resources are made available to confirmed participants for the duration of a group and for 6 months after a programme ends.
Liability
Services are provided for guidance and educational purposes. I am not responsible for any business decisions you make based on these services, and you remain responsible for your own business outcomes.
